This #THROWBACKTHURSDAY we're talking about Birdy

#throwbackthursday this week we are looking at 2016’s Beautiful Lies album by Birdy.

Birdy is quite underrated as the unique British folk/pop artist she is; however, she has an excellent fanbase wherever she goes. Beautiful Lies is very much a soulful and heartfelt album, I find it quite soothing to go back and listen to it sometimes, each lyric is filled with emotion and truthful stories that you could get lost in. It’s even perfect as background music whilst you’re studying!

For fans of hers that are looking for similar artists check out the Northern Irish artist @soaksoaksoak and Norwegian talent @sigrid.

Also, whilst we are on the topic of @birdy who listened to her most recent album released back in April, ‘Young Heart’ which is more modern alternative/indie than her previous album. The best way I can describe it is the original Birdy sound we love with a soft kick.
