Today's #sotd is actually our very first #albumoftheday because we can't decide which song we love more from @picturethis Life in Colour!
Bright and Bustling is how we would describe this album, it is going to be the soundtrack of our summer dreams until we can next see Picture This live in concert.
Picture This continue their chart-topping career with their third album suitably named ‘Life in Colour’ and although everything about each track in this album screams same old Picture This and it really is just a new rendition of the music that we’ve heard in every other song of theirs… it’s the lyrics we’re really here for in this one. Especially in ‘addict of magic’ something just talks to the sweet spot of the heart, but no matter how identifiable each Picture This song is we will never get bored of their characteristic Irish hits with irresistible hooks.
Also, can we please recognise the credit they deserve for bravely having a song named after the one and only Winona Ryder, that is pure risky business and they’ve played it so well so far.
