OUR LAST NIGHT - The Band That Are Re-Imagining Our Favourite Tracks

Recently like most of you we’ve been seeing @olnband band blow up on insta reels. So we thought we’d do a post on them!

Our Last Night is an American band and are actually not a new band at all, they’ve been around since 2004 but have really became popular when they’re cover of ‘astronaut in the ocean’ by @maskedwolf turned out to be a massive hit!

They are metalcore/hardcore rock and I just love that they’re constantly giving alternative versions of our favourite songs, it’s kind of like an everlasting Pop Goes Punk Album!

The brother’s Trevor and Matthew Wentworth share vocals, each with a different tone. Trevor is more screamo and he does rap aswell which absolutely blew me away when I first listened to them. Where as Matthew is more the classic rock vocalist but he also plays guitar for the band (@trevor_michael@mattyry ).

It works really well and personally I prefer bands that don’t just have a solo singer, I feel it adds more creativity diversity and even texture in a weird way and really just allows bands to expand more.

The band also has an amazing drummer @timothymolloy and we’ve got the incredible @woodywoodrow on bass!
